- We do not sell software, technology implementation services, or third-party financial products. Our advice is paid for, and only paid for, by the client receiving it. This is the structural prerequisite for the kind of advisory we exist to provide.
- Discretion
- Our engagements are confidential by default. We do not use client logos as marketing material. Where references are appropriate, they are arranged privately, with the client's prior approval.
- Candor
- Where the answer to a client's question is not the answer they want, we deliver it anyway. Pleasant advisory that misleads is worse than uncomfortable advisory that is correct.
- A network, not a wall
- If our capabilities aren't the right match for a client's situation, we make the introduction to someone in our network who is better suited. The relationship matters more than the engagement.
